User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20060404 SeaMonkey/1.1a Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20060404 SeaMonkey/1.1a In SeaMonkey 1.1 (Mail) almost every e-mail that contains images, links, etc., has all such content blocked for security reasons. One can, of course, tell it to show the full content, but there seems to be no way of switching this feature off altogether. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Receive mail with images, links, etc. 2. Examine the message. Actual Results: Very often, a message appears to the effect that external content has been blocked. Expected Results: There should be a way of making this feature optional. eMac G4, OS 10.4.6, Classic build.

Bug 324992 says some pref panel has been checked in for this new feature.

Frank, thank you very much. I looked in 'SeaMonkey Help' (nothing there), but never thought to look in Preferences. There is, indeed, an option there to control this feature.
