Saving a JPG takes horrendous amounts of CPU! 
Why isn't it a simple copy from the cache?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on picture
2.Pick "Save Image As..."
3.Choose a directory
4.Save

Actual Results:  
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz takes several seconds, even for tiny pictures.
Snore....

Expected Results:  
Immediate

Athlon 64, 1GB memory, 2200Mhz
Related to bug 305839 or Suite bug 208576 -> Suite bug 159107?
