print_command shouldn't be set for CUPS printers
Right, CUPS printers shouldn't have print commands. You may be seeing bug 324072. If not, could you be more specific?
hmm, what I've observed is just that 
print.printer_CUPS/NAME.print_command
will be set for every CUPS printer with the default setting.
I'm not sure if this is related to the other bug.

hmm, further testing with a new profile didn't show this behaviour. Sorry.
