Example : Hotmail - go to junk folder, select all and attempt to delete. A new window opens only 123 pix x 271 pix  that contains no scroll bars and has no maximize option. This also happens when printing USPS labels from the Paypal site though the window is larger but still non-scrollable

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to hotmail junk folder
2. select all junk to delete
3. small window opens confirming

Actual Results:  
small non-scrollable, non maximizablw window 123 x 271 pixels

FYI: The behaviour seen in hotmail is what is supposed to happen.  Hotmail uses a small fixed-size dialog to ask if you want to handle the mail as junk mail.
