-on a config like qvga in portrait mode
-log-in to a site like
-http://googgle.com/ig
-get the "remember this password" dialog with the three choice selection
-most of the third button cannot be seen
this is a general problem with our nsIPrompt implementation.  Other dialogs that are displayed with this implementation will have similar problems.
Checked in and fixed. I had this other also becuase of documentation purposes. Basically we need to keep track of the ua.css and other hacks which may overlay behavior defined in XUL files.
