[rfe] for junk or phish messages, don't show cid: images

When I view a message that tbird thinks is junk, we don't display the remote images (to protect the users privacy).  

But we are displaying the images that are included in the message (<img src="cid:....">).

I think it would be better not to show any images, as not showing could still protect users from falling for scams, seeing junk ads, etc.
