(Keywords: crash)

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Firefox 1.5

It makes no difference whether attempting to save an html page or download a file, .gif, mpg -- the system crashes every time.
This is a relatively new occurrence since I've been using Firefox for about three months now. I have reinstalled several times from the mozilla site, but it makes no differnce.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a page and attempt to download a file of any type
2.Attempt to save an open page (html)
3.

Actual Results:
The browser crashes and exits

Expected Results:
That the page would be saved or the file downloaded and the page refreshed to normal.
Could you install Talkback and get a Talkback ID for the crash? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback

Does the problem still occur if you run Firefox in safe mode (available from the start menu)? If not, the problem is due to an extension. (Obviously this bug is not happening for everyone.)
No response from repoter re: comment 1 and comment 2 --> INCOMPLETE.
Reporter, if you still have this problem in firefox 2.0 please reopen this bug and provide the information requested. Thanks!
