User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3

If I WindowShade, then un-WindowShade (WS4.0.2), the URL entry slot becomes dead.I then can't enter URL's or even get cursor into slot. I have to close the window and then open a new window to get live URL entry slot...NOT close down Firefox, just current window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double click on window frame (under WindowShade 4.0.2---Unsanity.com) to leave just top bar on desktop. Work away from Mozilla.
2.Go back and attempt to use Mozilla. Double click on top bar. Full window opens. Try to put cursor into URL entry slot (address field). Not possible, though ALL icons in toolbar are active, including the ones actually in the Address field.
3.Now close the window. Opening a new window then sets the address field up correctly.
4. Whole process keeps recurring

Expected Results:
Address field should hve been active after un-WindowShading.

I have a similar problem with WindowShade 4.1.1, MacOS 10.4.8 and FF 2.0.0.2.

When collapsing/uncolapsing, the url input field stops accepting keystrokes. I type and nothing appears. If I create a new window, and immediately close it, the input field accepts keyboard input. I am not sure how to duplicate. It is intermittent.

Additionally, when collapsing/uncolapsing windows, the windows jump to the top of the screen, and attempts to move the window fail. The window jumps back to the top of the screen, and I cannot move it.
Someone came in with this problem in Live Chat, what do we do to determine if this is our fault or theirs?

My original report was two years plus ago, and the other comment was one and a half years ago. It would seem that development has overtaken events, as the problem disappeared long enough ago for me not ot remember whether it was Firefox that had changed, or WindowShade, or both. Regardless, this bug has now disappeared. Shame you never got to work on it!
What version of Windowshade are you using now, and do you remember if it disappeared when you upgraded it or Firefox?
