steps:
1. load talkback main page and try to figure out if a window is within the range of known incidents

actual results:
NOTE: The oldest incident id currently in the database is 16426810.
If the incident you are looking for is smaller than that, it is no longer available.

expected results:
NOTE: The oldest incident id currently in the database is 16426810 and dates to:	2006-03-15 19:58:56.0.

or something like that. if there's an internal submitted date field, that might be better than the crash date field.
Sorry it took so long to fix this, but finally got around to it.  The new message reads:

NOTE: The oldest incident id currently in the database is 16426811 and was submitted 2006-03-15 20:36:53.0 .
If the incident you are looking for is smaller than that and was submitted before that time, it is no longer available.

Hopefully that will be more useful for users. :-)
