In Minefield's DOM Inspector, the column widths in the RIGHT pane cannot be resized when viewing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open DOM Inspector
2. Above the Object Panel (right pane), select either Object - CSS Style Rules, Object - Computed Style or Javascript Object
3. Attempt to resize the columns

Actual Results:  
Columns cannot be resized.

Expected Results:  
Columns should be resizable.

This happens whether viewing chrome or page content.
