There is a slight lag, and then it crashes. Always is related to ntdll.dll, and may be related to Yahoo Mail. This happens all the time. User agent that sents a feedback so we can fix the problem, well the developpers of firefox, and I am not naming them as I am in ghoste rfff.

This is probably a dupe of bug 326344. Please check whether you have npYState.dll on your system (typically in C:\Program files\Yahoo!\Shared, it is installed by Yahoo Messenger) and whether removing/renaming it solves your problem.

bug reporter, if you have yahoo messenger installed, try the new version 8.1 http://messenger.yahoo.com/ which is reported in bug 322363. If your problem goes away then close your bug as a duplicate of bug 322363.

Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2 and the latest Yahoo? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
