this is a preemptive bug. None of the arm devs I've met have gotten around to noticing this and i don't feel like waiting for some the testing team to file a bug saying gecko crashed because of this.

WINCE isn't so special, and afaik wince basically implies minimo, if you run on a wince device w/ 128mb or more, you probably don't need minimo and don't need this limit.

if you run on an arm device w/ 32mb of ram with an overzealous oom killer, you're going to care about this just as much as if you run on wince.

note that i don't really know if minimo is the right magical define, since i think most people build xulrunner, not exactly minimo, but there has to be some define that's better than WINCE.

we probably can remove the Windows CE define here.  I do not think it is a probably any longer on the devices we care about.  I will test and report back.

yup.  #MOBILE might be the define we need or something similar

we are adding platform flags on a case-by-case basis (like NS_OSSO - bug 439172), and removing things like MINIMO (bug 405705).  I am no sure there is a need yet for a #mobile flag, yet.
