Current dump() format used for Tp test, needed for build-graphs and tinderbox server display.

note: the new Tp test reports estimated standard deviation and means after dropping the worst of the N runs. I think it is important to have some measure of variability, and standard deviation from mean seems like a reasonable choice. It'd be super cool if the tinderbox output showed the stddev as well as the mean.

* add median avg calculation (also added to reports page) * dump() info for all and individual runs for tinderbox server/build-graphs * add std. dev. to tbox dump(), to be scraped by tinderbox server

Missed adding stddev to the dump() to the last patch, here it is.

This is being tested on bl-bldlnx01. As soon as this test is checked into CVS ( mozilla/tools/layoutperftest ?) then I will land the patches.

tools/layoutperftest seems fine to me.

Landed in mozilla/tools/performance/pageload (dbaron pointed out that tools/performance already exists, and should be used). Patches have been applied individually. Note that I only checked in the pages that belong to Mozilla, (and adjusted the pages[] array in cycler.html accordingly).
