When you have a number of search engines in the list long enough that you have to scroll there appear empty spaces at the top and the bottom of the list. The up and down arrows are missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add enough search engines that you have to scroll through the list
2.

Actual Results:  
No up and down arrows appear in the areas you have to click on to scroll through the list of search engines.

Expected Results:  
Up and down arrows should appear in the areas you have to click on to scroll through the list of search engines.
Works for me in a Firefox 2.0 build (Windows). Is this a Mac-only bug?
