When I bring up the Preferences panel tab on the Motorola Q it is not displaying.  It is blank with the chrome file location URL in the tag header.

Would it be possible to:
1) Get preferences to display correctly.  
2) Ideally make it compatible with one handed navigation.
2) If possible, replace the chrome URL with "Preferences" or something.

1. Open control panel on MotoQ Smartphone
2. The tab will be blank

Another issue is that the focus is not put on the new tab when it does come up.
