I can see the crash with 1.8.0.6 and 1.8.1 branch builds. Reporter, you can shutdown Firefox and open it again normally, if you do the following: - Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete at the same time, the Windows Task Manager should pop up - Press on/switch over to the "Processes" tab - Look for the firefox.exe process and select that item. - Then push on the "End process" button After that, you should be able to start up Firefox normally. I see there is already a bug filed about this and it was filed earlier, bug 321421. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 321421 ***

I'm reopening this bug, because this bug is on a different os as bug 321421 and by using a different plugin. I'm seeing this crash only when I have Firebug installed. Reporter, you're seeing this bug also with a clean profile? Or you see it only when you have particular extension installed?

Hmm, this could have the same cause as bug 308799, I guess.
Depends on: 308799
