34826 - Importing certificates leaves a blank screen

Using the security advisor to import personal certificates leaves the security
display blank after the import. i.e., the list of personal certificates is no
longer shown.

This is with the Netscape 6 (M14) release.

[e-mail] - are you still seeing this problem with recent builds of Mozilla 
using the PSM? Be careful... I believe installing it is currently non-trivial.

With Build 15, as I got it installed, there is no security menu of any sort (and 
Java doesn't work) so I cannot test this again.
Clue me in on the install intricacies. I read the readme, and did what it said. 
I think.

I'm told the PSM works with current builds; and it installed for me.

Java, on the other hand, isn't in Mozilla at the moment.

New PSM is out and working.  marking worksforme.  Reporter, if you still see 
this with a current nightly build and a new PSM please reopne.  THanks for your 
help in testing Mozilla and reporting bugs
