I need the ablity to have:

1) the back hardware button to repeat when held. Right now, when the back hardware button is pressed and held, mozilla only receives one event. What we need to do is set a timer to repeat the keypress while the hardware button is down.

2) for the softkey (left and right), what I want is the ablity to have something different happen if the softkey is pressed and held for a given period of time (1.5 seconds or so). This will allow us to simulate a context menu click when the device does not have any mouse.
