file is not opening when file menu is pressed

when file is opening from the file menu than it is not opening but giving error

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to main menu
2.click to file menu 
3.click open file

Actual Results:  
not opening file dialog box but giving error

Expected Results:  
should open the file dialog box

it closed immideatelly

This is actually relate to the file open menu.That bug is fixed now.Just check it once.
