install.log should show 'Install script cancelled' instead of 'Install script aborted'

1. From http://jimbob/trigger3.html, click on Acceptance drop-down and choose
   a_cancelinstall; click Trigger button
2. Click Ok button from confirmation dialog

RESULT:
Test case is run.  Install.log reports "Install script aborted" as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT:
Install.log reports "Install script cancelled" to be consistent with the new 
name change to cancelInstall() from abortInstall().

The res/xpinstall files have been removed.

Mac still has to be verified.  Currently, it is blocked by Bug 38989
