351009 - master password only worked once

I did set the master password, and it worked the first session. In the second session the maser password was not accepted. Impossible to restore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start firefox
2.preferences, security, passwords
3.view saved passwords

Actual Results:  
Firefox keeps asking for the master password

Expected Results:  
as expected

accepted the master password as Firefox did the first session

Master passwords work for me and other people. You most likely had a typo in the password you set or entered later.

If you can reproduce this with a clean profile, please reopen.
