When clicking anywhere on or around an inactive "back" or "forward" button, the dropdown arrow lights up.  Please see screenshots:

Click on or anywhere on or around an inactive "back" or "forward" button.  

Actual Results:  
Dropdown arrow "lights up", as in screenshots.

Expected Results:  
Nothing should happen.
