Sometimes, static text on a web page (e.g. a link) has state editable.

1) Download test case and zip file to a folder.
2) Go to http://live.gnome.org.
3) Run the test script.
4) Notice STATE_EDITABLE is in the set for the first tab link named "Home" on the page.

If it helps any, the other tabs do not have this state.

I guess it is a fixed ATK bug
