Example #1 (CSS styles) of Viewer Demos under the Debug menu includes a
bulleted list of numbers and fruits. Under both IE and NS 4.x, the bullets
appear fine. However, they aren't appearing under latest nightly build.

Any ideas?
Test1 contains CSS to make the bullets be the gear images. So those random gear
images across the page are the bullets. Are you seeing the gears as list
bullets?
on NS and IE the bullets are red and green squares; I checked out the CSS
source and I see where they're supposed to be the gear gif under Mozilla, but
nothing's appearing. Question: If I didn't, for some reason, have that
gear1.gif in the right directory, would just nothing appear or would there be a
broken image? I can't seem to find the gear1.gif in my res folder, where the
CSS indicates it should be.
Mark: please resolve this one. If it's user error, great. Otherwise, work with
nisheeth/buster to correct.

nevermind; just realized what's happening. for some reason, the gear1.gif
image was in my res\samples directory, however the CSS indicates it should just
be in \res.  After I moved it into \res, everything worked as it expected;
closing bug as INVALID.

In any case, why wasn't a broken image/image placeholder displayed when the
bullet image couldn't be loaded? Should it have been?
