The location bar doesn't change when loading a page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter a URL into the location bar, or open a bookmark, or click a link, etc.
Actual Results:  
The location bar remains at the old URL (blank if nothing was typed).

Expected Results:  
Location bar should show URL of the opened page.

Can you reproduce this also with the default theme and/or with disabled extensions (or in safe-mode)?
