help contents unavailable in help menu after new install

I downloaded and installed sunbird.  I have not used sunbird before.  The help contents is unavailable in the help menu.  I can select release notes and about mozilla sunbird under the help menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download sunbird-0.3a2.en-US.win32.installer.exe
2.install
3.open help menu

Actual Results:  
Could not select help contents.

Expected Results:  
Allowed me to select help contents.
Sunbird doesn't have any help content. 
Probably this menu item should just be removed for now.

There is the old Calendar Help project [http://calendarhelp.mozdev.org/], but that is not yet updated for Sunbird 0.3a1 or Sunbird 0.3a2.
20061201 Sunbird 0.4a1, Windows XP. 

Just followed the steps above, cannot access 'help contents' from the help menu.
