Scroll bars on maximized browser have disappeared upon upgrading to this version.  In addition, drop boxes that would normally have scroll bars are missing them as well.  Cannot hit PageDown on some sites (www.wetcanvas.com) to get to bottom of page either.  Very annoying.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just open up the browser and try to go down the page

Actual Results:  
Could not get to bottom of a web page without using scroll button on mouse.  Scroll bars on side of page not visible.

Expected Results:  
To be able to scroll
Please retest with an updated theme, or use the default one.
Is this reproducable using a recent nightly build from http://www.mozilla.org/developer ?
