There's no indication to test this with a new profile:

I think it's sort of assumed that people are testing with a new profile, no?

You need to enter twice till Firefox ask you a new profile, or else you won't see this option. [Get Bookmarks Add-ons]
I don't think that it is obvious. Just an opinion.

Testing with a new profile is implicit, otherwise we'd need to add that text to almost every testcase.
