We need to restore the key handling in range for Page Up and Page Down keys. As noted in: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316624, page up and page down should move the slider as some multiple of 'step' for faster keyboard usage. Right now it looks like it just moves to start and end. Page Up should increase the position by a multiple of step. Page Down should decrease the position by a multiple of step.
