We have new toolkit sort column indicators for qute that look a lot better on Win XP, Media Center and Vista. They don't look as nice on classic but I will make that trade off.

I'll let the Fx UI czars decide if they want these icons in toolkit for Firefox in a separate bug. Since toolkit is locked down on the branch anyway, adding these just to mail for now.
