I have code for this, but it looks like mozilla doesn't store import rules in
the rule list in the stylesheets, so no go yet...

This is fixed now, yes?
Adding mozilla 1.0 keyword to get someone looking at this. For me it seems only
to work localy (linux 2002020415).

This worksforme locally and remotely with no problems.  Please make sure your
web server is sending the correct MIME type for the stylesheets.

Also, this bug is not about sheets not being imported but about not being able
to manipulate the @import rule via the DOM.  This latter also worksforme.
OK. This is so fixed...
