User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061017 SeaMonkey/1.1b

The list of supported browsers includes Netscape 7.2 and Firefox 1.5 and above, but users cannot view videos using Bon Echo or SeaMonkey builds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://television.aol.com/feature/lost_tv
2. Click on a Watch Preview link
Actual Results:
A pop-up window states "Your machine does not meet the minimum system requirement in order to view the AOL Video Player."

Expected Results:
The video preview plays.

This is also a problem with Camino and works fine if Firefox 1.5 is spoofed as the user-agent, so I'll confirm this.

I can't see any Watch Preview links on the page given. I think I could play video spoofing Camino, if it were not "unavailable in my area" <sigh>.

Chris L: can you give more detailed steps to reproduce?

Gerv
New steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://television.aol.com/feature/lost_tv
2. Click the right arrow twice to bring up "Behind the Scenes"
3. Click on "Behind-the-Scenes Video"
4. Allow popups from television.aol.com if you have not done so already

Currently, in all browsers the popup window says "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Please excuse this inconvenience and try again shortly," even in Firefox 2.0.0.4 and Internet Explorer 7. This might be WFM after this temporary error is fixed.
