The Bug occurres in all Mozilla browsers under Win98SE and Win2000. The page doesn't refresh!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload url http://www.bolvan-trans.com in not maximized browser window.
2. Resize the central frame.
3. Maximize the browser window.

Actual Results:  
The page doesn't refresh!

Expected Results:  
The page MUST be refreshed.

This bug relatives to page visualization, that is very important to be fixed.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.

Sorry, for the late response...
The bug still appears. I am trying to attach a screen shot of the bug appearance.
Not tested in Safe+Mode and Managing+profiles, because (by me) the abnormal functionality I am observing is basic functionality.
P.S. After that, I could surprise you with "better" bugs relative to the visualization, witch do not appear in IE and the deprecated, but an example of stability Netscape v 4.8. The browsers are a part of my exploration...
