can't click OK in Named Anchor dialog

Details

When I click the OK button in the Named Anchor dialog, I see this message on my 
console (and the window doesn't go away):

JavaScript Error: TypeError: editorShell.Alert is not a function

in case it's relevant, the text in my anchor name editfield is: "sda"
Fix in my tree. Should have used "AlertWithTitle"
