On certain pornographic pages, which you often stumble upon by being redirected from a gallery you wanted to view, make SeaMonkey freeze for approx. 15 seconds, while high disk activity can be heard.

I'm pretty sure that it's not because of many images, as I can load similar pages just fine. I'm thinking it's some kind of rogue JavaScript, but I can only guess.

You can experience the issue by visiting this URL:
http://www.theteenspics.com/index_x.php
Another URL with the same symptoms:
http://www.funadult.net/index_x.php

Looking at the file name, I'd guess this is used in a template of sorts.
Which product/version are you using ?

Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?
No answer to comment #2 => INCOMPLETE.

Please open a new bug if seen on SeaMonkey 2.0.14 or later (preferably 2.1 or later).
