i know it's possible to add regexpes to groups and such, but i don't have that bit, and that's not what i want to do.

steps:
1. load a url for some company or organization or group for which you want to add permissions to a number of users (say 4, possibly more)
2. treat the list like you would a buglist
3. click the 'change several -users- at once'
4. continue to treat the list like you would a buglist, at the bottom fill in the form where you select from dropdowns.

[ don't change membership in group |v] Foopy
| add selected to group |
| remove selected from group |

[ don't change membership in group |v] Narf (some users are members)
| add selected to group |
| remove selected from group |
| replace current members with non members |

[ don't change membership in group |v] Pleebs (all users are members)
| remove selected from group |

wording is negotiable. i just want the feature :). Foopy, Narf and Pleebs are groups with no members, some members, and membership for everyone in the matched userlist respectively.
Makes perfect sense to me.
