yes accounts filed about microb branch are voucher only. the accounts will be limited to the branch.

ideally despot would actually let you create an account and bind it to a branch, kinda the opposite of what we have today, but that's a bug for reed to fix :).

at some point some of these account holders will hopefully file normal bugs asking for generic permissions, but for the time being they have too much other work to do normal contributions (and can use bugzilla + patching like the rest of the cvs less community).
