I have several extensions installed, such as fasterfox and noscript, but not flashplayer.

Works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4 ID:2007051502 - no crash with or without installed flash. When you still crash, please try to start firefox in safe mode http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode and/or try to install an offical mozilla build from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
