It should be possible to move a message directly into a new folder from the context menu, as in Eudora.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select message in Inbox
2. Right click to bring up context menu
3. Select Local folders
4. Select Books (for example)

At this point I can "File Here" or move into one of the existing subfolders. However I cannot create a new subfolder and file straight to that. I have to click into the left pane and lose focus and position and filter in the main window to create a new subfolder of books.

Expected Results:
1. Select message in Inbox
2. Right click to bring up context menu
3. Select Local folders
4. Select Books (for example)
5. Select Create New Folder
6. A dialog appears asking me to name the folder.
7. I type the name for the folder and press OK.
8. The new folder is created and the message is moved into it.

I could swear I've seen this RFE before but I can't find it in the database.
