Please put 'deletion date' in the details of the trash folder, and enable the user to sort by it.

Could be useful.  But, might be largely accomplished with a more featured "undo" history UI, which might have more generally applicable usage?
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All
for local folders, anyway, turning on the order received column and sorting by that will accomplish the same thing.
Sorting by 'Order Received' works. It solves half the problem.
Still, I would like to be able to see when the message was deleted.

I do not know why this is not implemented yet!
and "original folder" property is also needed
is this bug still open? i wanted to try my hand in it?
Still open. Might not be the easiest bug to get started with, as we don't store the deletion date anywhere.
