Unable to print a page even though proper procedure is used with Word. Looking on View vefore print, shos a blank page.

There is no Edit->Print. Maybe you mean menu File->Print.
And what has this to do with Word? Microsoft Word?
This is about Thunderbird, right? Which version of it?

"I am mixed up,  I made a mistake in referring to Word. I should have referred to the File print commnand of Thunderbird.

I have downloaded the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird hoping to solve two problems I have. Namely

1 - With Thunderbird latest version, when I get a  web reference adress in an e-mail,  clicking or double cliking does not open the site.

2 - With Firefox latest version, I cannot print web pages. When I check on View before print, the screen is blank"
