Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0

I have "always ask me where to save files" turned on. When I want to download an .exe-file (and probably other executable stuff) I get a dialog asking whether to "save" or to "cancel", before I reach the file selection dialog, again with the same "save" or "cancel" options. Would be nice to get rid of it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click any download link to an .exe file
2.
3.

Actual Results:
two button "save" or "cancel" dialog before file selection dialog

Expected Results:
only file selection dialog
