User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; zh-CN; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; zh-CN; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0

If using a different font setting of Chinese characters other than "»ªÎĺÚÌå"(the default font of Mac OS X Chinese version), some web pages would turned out to be unreadable.
Whenever I started my computer and then open Firefox 2, font set to something other than the default Chinese font of Mac, if I visit a major search engine website like Google/Baidu, the webpage usually became messed up with some symbols and marks.
And in some cases, any website I visit would be full of such things.
This happens to ANY Chinese font other than the pre-installed Chinese fonts in Mac OS X, even though those fonts have been verified by Mac's Font Book program and can be properly used by any other major Mac software like Pages, Photoshop, etc.
However, whenever I restart the Firefox 2 program, everything comes back to normal. But if I reboot the computer, those web pages become a mess again. The problem happends ONLY during the first time I start the Firefox 2 program after booting the computer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set the Firefox font to a font other than the default Mac Chinese font
2.restart the computer
3.start Firefox

Actual Results:
some or all web pages(mainly search sites like google or Baidu) will be messed up
but if exit firefox and then restart it, everything comes back to normal

Expected Results:
show proper Chinese characters everytime we run the application

This happens only to Chinese characters, English letters are not affected.
Sorry, i missed some details. the problem exsits if I use a font that is NOT pre-installed in the Mac OS system. Any other third-party Chinese fonts like ËÎÌå(the default font of Simplified Chinese Windows system)£¬·½Õý×Ö¿â are affected.
