This is a tracking bug.

Here are the supported Unix platforms on which _PR_NO_LARGE_FILES is defined:
 
FreeBSD
Mac OS X
NetBSD
OpenBSD
OpenVMS
QNX / NTO (Neutrino)
RISC OS

We should add large file support to NSPR on the BSDs and Mac OS X, at least.
