Similar to 248384 except occurs on one outgoing e-mail with wmv attachment

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open draft folder
2.Click on send
3.Reaches 75% completion of message
4. Receive error message as indicated in Actual Results below

Actual Results:  
Send of message failed:
The message could not be sent because connecting to SMPT server promail.ptd.net failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMPT connections. Please verify that your SMTP server setting is correct and try again or contact your network administrator.
An smtp protocol log might help. Please attach it to this bug.

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.17)
