Currently, the title of a Thunderbird window shows only the folder (or feed) related to the viewed message (or post). It should also display the subject of the selected message.

For example, this 'Inbox for Work Email - Thunderbird' would become 'Holiday plans (Inbox for Work Email) - Thunderbird', and 'Planet Mozilla - Thunderbird' would become 'Boris Zbarsky: Reflow branch landed (Planet Mozilla) - Thunderbird'.
