365350 - Make all tinderboxes automatically follow app version for update description

Not quite all the tinderboxen use a configuration that ensures the "version that appears in the update offer" matches the "actual app version". We can move the rest over to $update_ver_file from the fixed values in $update_appv and $update_extv (in tinder-config.pl).

The affected builds are
 * Trunk
   * Thunderbird: Mac & Linux  (version will stay at 3.0a1)
   * Firefox: Mac (offers 3.0a1 instead of 3.0a2pre)
   * Sunbird: Win, Mac & Linux (helpful for bug 364589)
 * Mozilla1.8.0
   * Thunderbird: Linux (still has 1.5.0.5!!)

Checked in just before 4 PST, so will have missed some of today's builds. I'll complete verification with tomorrows crop.
