unable to print multiple copies of a page

I'm using my own build:  Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.9a2pre) Gecko/20061228 Minefield/3.0a2pre

steps to reproduce:

1)  load a page, like http://www.sspitzer.org
2)  print
3)  attempt to print 3 copies

expected results:

3 copies will print

actual results:

1 copy will print

This is also reproducible with Firefox 2.0.0.4 in a Linux environment.

It seems current Firefox print engine doesn't deal with numCopies and collate setting.
It even doesn't have a place to set collate.

On Windows, it uses PD_USEDEVMODECOPIESANDCOLLATE to get it work if the device supports these settings.

Perhaps we should disable these settings on GTK dialog until we support them.
oops, perhaps I hijacked this bug.

Firefox 3.5.6 works for me on Mac OS x.
Firefox 2.0 works for me on Solaris 10.

Firefox 3.5.6 has this bug on Solaris, I believe also on Linux.
