The Migration Wizard successfully imported the existing calendars from Sunbird 0.2 profile but unfortunately this calendars are not visible by default. Users might think that something went wrong although the wizard reported success if the events are not visible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new profile using Sunbird 0.2
2. Create test calendars and test data using Sunbird 0.2
3. Open profile with current Sunbird build
4. Let the Migration Wizard import the Sunbird 0.2 calendars
5. Check the events

Actual Results:
No events are displayed in calendar view or unifinder. You have to go to the Calendars tab and manually enable every new calendar to make the events visible.

Expected Results:
The new calendars should be enabled/visible by default.

Attachment: add to composite

Patch adds any created calendars to the composite calendar, so they'll be checked.  Normally, the observer would handle this, but migration happens so early in the startup cycle that the observer doesn't exist yet.
