Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.8) Gecko/20061115 Ubuntu/dapper-security Firefox/1.5.0.8
Build Identifier: version 1.5.0.8 (20061117)

I have a view selected which displays those messages not labelled with one of the five pre-determined labels (display label != #4 in my case). When I'm reading mail, and hit 4 to label the current message with the #4 label, I expect it to disappear because of the controlling view's setting.

I have to select another folder and come back to the original folder in order to have the freshly labelled message not show up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a view (using View/Messages/Customize) that is of the form [Label] [isn't] [One of the Labels]
2. On return, your current folder will helpfully be using that view. Select a message, and give it the label that should be excluded (Message/Label/...)

Actual Results:
Observe that the message gets the appropriate colour but is not hidden until you leave and return to this folder

Expected Results:
The newly labelled message should become hidden.
